Membership in League of Their Own, Inc. consists of any women or men from all walks of life who share a commitment to preparing children with disabilities with the basic sports fundamentals, physical agility, and life skills for the challenges of adulthood. L.O.T.O members will lead by example, commit their time, abilities, and resources to our mission, and are actively engaged in our program committees.
We welcome inquiries and applications for membership from any candidate of good character who have a commitment, time, and resources to strengthening our communities. Building sports fundamentals in children with disabilities and mentoring our unique athletes.
If you are interested in making a difference in working with uniquely challenged children in Savannah, GA and surrounding counties to form disability league and are willing to contribute your time, and resources to the mission of a League of Their Own, Inc. L.O.T.O, we would welcome the opportunity to consider your membership application.
Candidates for membership must:
Submit an application for membership either by completing it by request it from our Membership Committee; [email protected]
Provide two personal letters of reference;
Provide a head/shoulders passport-size photograph; and
Complete a confidential criminal background investigation.

Upon receipt of your materials, arrangements will be made for a confidential meeting with our Membership Committee and, upon the recommendation of the Membership Committee, a meeting with our Executive Director or Committee Member.
